Workshop ini diperuntukkan bagi seluruh tenaga kependidikan MAN 3 Sleman. Tujuan dari workshop yakni agar pelayanan dari tenaga kependidikan kepada para siswa dan wali siswa semakin prima dan meningkatkan kualitas instansi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tidak hanya para tenaga kependidikan yang menerima materi, Kepala Madrasah, Kepala TU dan Kepala Komite MAN 3 Sleman juga turut hadir. Materi excellent service disampaikan oleh Wendi Irawan, business transaction service manager dari BNI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forum tersebut mengupas tentang bagaimana mewujudkan pelayanan prima, talking about customer, tips mengawali layanan, selama melayani dan mengakhiri layanan, bahkan disampaikan pula tips meng-handle apabila muncul komplain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/sleman.kemenag.go.id\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-05-09-at-11.35.58.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-60541\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sleman.kemenag.go.id\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-05-09-at-11.35.58.jpeg 1280w, https:\/\/sleman.kemenag.go.id\/home\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-05-09-at-11.35.58-130x73.jpeg 130w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tidak hanya penyampaian materi, Wendi mengajak peserta workshop untuk praktik melayani tamu. Beliau memberikan beberapa saran positif dan membangun untuk pelayanan di MAN 3 Sleman. Menurutnya, suatu instansi akan terdampak apabila pelayanan yang diberikan buruk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSekolah yang hebat bukan hanya tentang prestasi, tetapi juga tentang bagaimana melayani dengan hati,\u201d pesannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa saran yang narasumber berikan seperti, ketika tamu datang ke madrasah misalnya tidak di hari atau jam kerja maka biasakan tanyakan keperluan dan nomor telefonnya. Agar kebutuhan informasinya tetap terjawab pada hari dan jam kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebaiknya membuat narasi template jawaban dari berbagai macam pertanyaan yang biasa ditanyakan tamu. Agar pada saat tidak ada petugas pelayanan yang seharusnya melayani, maka tamu dapat dilayani oleh tenaga kependidikan lain.
